Upon a written and justified request sent to the executive secretariat at gerencia@cenacon.com.br, the total payment amount will be refundable, minus administrative fees, for cancellations requested within 7 (seven) days of the payment date. After this period, until October 10, 2025, a 50% refund will be granted, minus administrative fees. No refunds will be made after this date.
Cancellation requests outside these deadlines, or no-shows at the event for any reason, will not receive any refund of amounts already paid.
If you cannot attend the event, it is possible to transfer your registration to another participant until October 20, 2025.
